Artistically Stated! <\/span>Standard Licensing Agreement<\/span><\/h3>\n

This license allows customers to use Artistically Stated! downloadable digital art (AS Clip Art) for unlimited personal use only. Projects for yourself or your own non-profit. Not for sale. You (Customer) may print your finished images (Finished Project) onto edible items for your own use or gifts. This license does not extend to publishers or manufacturers. No other use is authorized.<\/span><\/p>\n

For example:<\/span>
\n\u2022 Invitations and party supplies<\/span>
\n\u2022 Greeting cards (except digital)<\/span>
\n\u2022 Classroom printable worksheets, activities, decorations, and school communications<\/span>
\n\u2022 Personal Print on Demand (POD) products<\/span>
\n\u2022 Personal crafts and scrapbooking<\/span>
\n\u2022 Posters, brochures and flyers<\/span>

What is not allowed in this license:<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not resell, share, distribute or make a profit from AS Clip Art in any form.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not use AS Clip Art as a standalone (As is or where the image can be extracted as is.) product. The art must be <\/span>incorporated as a design element (Combining AS Clip Art with other words\/images as part of the overall design) of your personal <\/span>projects (Finished Project). Placing a border around the art or placing multiple pieces of art on a page does not qualify as a design element. You may not sell your Finished Project as a standalone product. It must be used for the purpose of printing images onto editable artwork.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not resell, share, distribute or place AS Clip Art on the internet for any reason. This includes websites, blogs, social media, apps, software design, etc. If you use your Finished Project with smart boards the file must be flattened or protected in such a way that the graphics may not be copied or extracted. Photos of your Finished Project made by using AS Clip Art may be posted on social media, but not AS Clip Art by itself. Please feel free to credit Artistically Stated! on social media posts. We would appreciate it.<\/span>
\n\u2022 This personal use license is only valid for one person and cannot be shared with family members and friends. This license is non-transferable and non-assignable.\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not sell, rent, share, sublicense or otherwise transfer to anyone the right to modify or to create their own work with AS Clip Art. This includes providing a third party with an editable file containing AS Clip Art images.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not recolor or alter AS Clip Art.<\/span>
\n\u2022 AS Clip Art may not be used as part of a business logo, trademark, service mark or graphics, graphic design, or graphic-based products. Artistically Stated! will be glad to design customized art for you.<\/span>
\n\u2022 AS Clip Art may not be used in products sold to manufacturers, large corporations or mass-produced including but not limited to published books and workbooks. AS Clip Art may not be used to illustrate books sold for profit.<\/span>
\n\u2022 POD products may be used for personal use, but you may not sell your Finished Project for profit. For example, you may make t-shirts for class reunions, parties, family events but you may not sell the t-shirts as a fundraiser.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not use AS Clip Art to directly infringe on the intellectual property of another party including without limitation copyright, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not use AS Clip Art in a derogatory or defamatory manner.<\/span>
\n\u2022 You may not use AS Clip Art to make political statements or social commentary in any format or medium including online, social media, or tangible printed formats.<\/span><\/p>\n

Copyright:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Artistically Stated! retains all copyright to AS Clip Art images. You may not claim AS Clip Art as your own. You may not copy (Plagiarize) AS Clip Art designs to create your own clip art. You may not use AS Clip Art to create graphics, graphic designs or graphic design-based products. You may not change any aspect of the files or transfer files to another. All rights reserved by Artistically Stated!.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Any dispute arising out of this agreement will be resolved by negotiation between the parties. If they are unable to resolve the dispute, either party may submit and seek resolution through arbitration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Artistically Stated! reserves the right to update or amend this license agreement. Notification will be made on the company website.<\/span><\/p>\n

By purchasing AS Clip Art, you are agreeing to and accepting this Standard Licensing Agreement. If you would like to use AS Clip Art for commercial purposes, please purchase our Commercial License in our shop.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
