Returns
We gladly accept returns within 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as sale items, downloadable and personalized products or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Great care is taken to package items securely therefore we are not responsible for items that arrive broken or not at all. We will be glad to assist you with your tracking and shipping needs if this occurs.
Downloadable Products
Please note that downloadable products are not intended for commercial resale, promotions, or distribution. If you would like to use our products in this manner please contact us at info@artisticallystated.com for a commercial usage license agreement or visit our shop page to add on the license.
You are responsible for having the necessary software to open and use downloadable files purchased. Files in our store can be opened by software that is typically already installed on most computers. We offer images as JPEG, PNG and PDF 300 dpi format. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund if your files do not open. Once your purchase is finalized, you will receive an email with a link to your download purchase. Please allow time for the file to appear in your email, these are high resolution files. If you do not receive an email please check your spam or junk folders. Let us know if you are unable to access your files and we will be glad to work with you to find a solution. Please contact us at info@artisticallystated.com. Color variations may occur on downloadable products due to monitor and computer settings. We cannot accept responsibility if colors shown on your monitor or screen are not exactly the same as the download. We apologize but we cannot offer you a refund for color variation.
Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items that have been opened.
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days of purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

We will be glad to pay your shipping costs. The cost will be added to your refund or refunded separately. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This additional cost will not be refunded. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery of downloadable products is automated. There are no shipping costs.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will report on the status of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you do not receive a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account and credit card records. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at info@artisticallystated.com if you still have not received your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for the same or equal value item, send us an email at info@artisticallystated.com and return your item to:

There are No exchanges downloadable products.
Terms of Service
Pricing
You agree to pay fees and applicable taxes in the amounts and according to the payment determined. We are not responsible for errors occurring in your final project after your final acceptance. Additional costs, expenses, charges, and costs of changes that you authorize must be paid in full. We agree to present you with a final project that will comply with your technical requirements and applicable industry standards for output; such as duration, file format, resolution, and color specifications. We may use third-party designers or other service providers, including the brokering of print services, as “Independent Contractors”.
Cancellation Policy
Both parties may terminate the project at any time. However, you are responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and work done towards the completion of your project. Should you cancel the project following its completion, you are responsible for full payment, including any fees for collection and legal costs whether the project is delivered to you or not. In the event of cancellation, we retain ownership of all copyrights and original work including preliminary works, computer files, photography and images in their original and processed formats, derived work, and art created during the Project.
We will make a reasonable effort to perform your project within the timeline agreed upon. This performance is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster, riots, war, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or other causes beyond our control, which makes it inadvisable, commercially impractical, illegal, or impossible to perform as originally stated. Deadlines are subject to change.
Usage Rights
We agree to grant any license to use or transfer of ownership such as copyright and trademarks rights to you for the usage of the final project in its original form upon receipt of full payment. You have the sole responsibility for ensuring that this ownership does not infringe the rights of third parties. You agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless us from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, losses or expenses arising out of any claim, demand, or action by a third party alleging infringement, or arising out of your failure to obtain clearance, permissions or exceed the uses allowed.
You may not alter the final project without consulting us. We own all usage rights of preliminary works, computer files, photography and images in their original and processed formats, derived work, and art created during the project. We retain property ownership in any physically tangible original artwork comprising the final project, including all rights to display or sell such artwork.
We do our best to insure the work presented to you is original and that the work prepared does not contain any scandalous, libelous or unlawful matter. We will not perform services that contain content such as adult entertainment, gambling, violence, sexuality, nudity, vulgarity, or obscenity.
Your Confidential Information
We acknowledge that we may receive or have access to proprietary information which relates to your products, photographic images, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects and other proprietary information. We protect the confidentiality of your proprietary information and all physical forms of such information while in its possession to the best of our abilities. You grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, display and publish the content solely in connection with the performance of the services agreed upon. It is your responsibility to make sure that the information provided is either owned by you or that you have permission to use it. We will not conduct any type of intellectual property clearance search such as copyright, trademark, design patent searches.
Liability and dispute resolution
You agree to indemnify, save, and hold harmless Artistically Stated! and its agents, representatives, officers, directors, successors or employees from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, losses, or expenses arising out of any claim, demand, or action by a third party arising out of any breach of your responsibilities or obligations. You also agree that Artistically Stated! and its agents, representatives, officers, directors, successors or employees will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages such as lost data or content, lost profits, or business interruption, that arise from it’s performance of the project regardless of whether the failure was intentional, or negligent. Any dispute will be resolved by negotiation between the parties. If they are unable to resolve the dispute, either party may submit and seek resolution through arbitration.
